Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries in York, PA, is seeking a compassionate and energetic Activity Aide to join our team. The role involves planning and leading group and individual activities to keep residents engaged, with a focus on fun, creativity, and care plan compliance.

You will work in a team-centered environment that values compassion and service, with opportunities for growth. Full and part-time positions are available, with weekends and some holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Compassionate and positive attitude.
• Experience in long-term care activities preferred; activity certification a plus.
• Must be able to work every other weekend and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Encourage participation in games, music, crafts, exercise, and social events
• Assist with seasonal celebrations, decorating, and special events
