Job summary

Altercare Alliance is seeking an Activities Assistant to create a fun, interactive environment for residents. You will organize and participate in person-specific activity programming, including one-to-one interventions and small group activities, and assist the resident activity director as needed.

This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team in a senior care setting, with opportunities for paid certification and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• STNA license preferred; paid certification provided.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in activities department in a healthcare setting or equivalent is a plus.
