Job summary

Broadview Multi-Care Center in Parma, OH is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan and lead fun, engaging activities for residents, including memory care.

You bring a warm personality, strong communication, creativity, and a passion for helping seniors. Prior long-term care or memory care experience is a big plus; High School diploma required.

Qualifications

• A warm, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for working with seniors—especially with memory care.
• Experience in long-term care or memory care is a big plus; STNA certification is a bonus.

What You Bring to the Party:

• A warm, friendly personality and great communication skills
• Creativity and enthusiasm for working with seniors — especially those with dementia or Alzheimer’s
• Experience in long-term care or memory care is a big plus!
• High School diploma or equivalent
• STNA certification? That’s a bonus!
