Job summary

The Chateau at Gardnerville Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking an Activities Assistant (Life Enrichment Partner) to enrich residents' daily lives through engaging activities and events. A passion for helping seniors and prior activity planning experience are valued.

This role offers flexible FT/PT scheduling and opportunities for growth within the organization. Salary ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with competitive benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A passion for helping seniors and enriching their lives.
• Experience organizing activities or events preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in activities or recreation services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead activities or events for residents.
• Engage residents to promote social interaction and well-being.
• Support life enrichment and recreation programming for all residents.

The salary range for this position is $18.00to $21.00.
