Promenade at Blue Hill - Activities Assistant Leader

The Activities Assistant-Leader will assist in creating and providing appropriate social activities for the home’s Assisted Living and Memory Care residents, while maintaining respect and dignity for each person. Responsibilities include:

1. Creating a monthly activity calendar
2. Implementing scheduled recreation activities
3. Coordinating entertainment, in collaboration with the Activity Director and Memory Care Coordinator
4. Supervising residents during community outings
5. Assisting with resident special events and holiday celebrations
6. Updating orientation boards daily in both living areas
7. Cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing activity areas post-event
8. Understanding and responding to residents’ needs for patience, tactile and sensory stimulation, and redirection, while remaining calm in all situations

This is a part-time position scheduled for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, from 11 am to 7 pm. Join our Promenade family and help ensure our residents enjoy socialization in a stimulating and supportive environment.
