Neffsville Nursing & Rehabilitation in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Activities Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility. The role conducts activities for residents under the direction of the Director of Activities, with a starting wage of $12.00 per hour.

Shift options include Full-Time 12 pm–8:30 pm and Part-Time availability. Responsibilities include meeting residents' emotional, recreational, and social needs, assisting with daily activities, record-keeping, and supporting craft and

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred.
• Previous long-term care or experience with elderly or disabled is desirable.
• Must be over 18 to apply.

Mansioni

• Support residents' emotional, recreational, and social needs on an individual basis.
• Assist residents with normal activities of living and document progress and attendance.
• Escort residents to activity programs and assist with crafts, newsletters, and announcements.
• Deliver crafts supplies and supervise craft activities; encourage resident participation and expression.
