Countryside Care Center Rehab & Nursing Facility in Macomb, IL is seeking a Part-Time Activities Assistant / CNA to help create enjoyable, meaningful experiences for our residents. You will work with the Activities Director to support daily programs and promote social engagement.

No CNA required, but CNA certification is welcome. Responsibilities include assisting with activities, encouraging participation, and documenting resident involvement.

What We're Looking For:

Pay:

• Activities Assistant: $15.00-$16.00/hour

• CNA: $19.50-$23.22/hour
