Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to help lead daily activities and enrichment programs for residents. You will encourage participation, assist in planning calendars and newsletters, and escort residents to programs while maintaining organized spaces.

The role supports volunteer engagement, documents participation per guidelines, and monitors resident engagement. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; prior senior living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to lead small group activities is required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Senior living experience is preferred.
