Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Haverford, PA is seeking an Activities Assistant to support daily programs, coordinate events, and enrich resident life. You will help lead small group activities, encourage participation, and ensure materials and spaces are well organized.

The role offers a schedule aligned with residents' rhythms, opportunities to collaborate with team members and volunteers, and benefits that support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to lead small group activities.
• Valid driver’s license (as applicable).
• Senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs
• Encourage and support resident participation
• Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters
• Escort residents to and from programs as needed
• Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies
• Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately

Pay Range: 14.75 - 18.50
