Job Duties:

  • Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing activity programs.
  • Participate in developing and implementing activity care plans and resident assessments.
  • Complete administrative requirements, such as forms and reports, and submit to the Activities Director.
  • Involve residents and families in planning activity programs when possible.
  • Assist in arranging transportation when necessary.
  • Maintain a productive relationship with medical and health-related organizations.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Activities Director.
