Job summary

Heritage Manor Care in Vista, California is seeking dynamic associates to join our skilled nursing team and help provide a care experience that makes a real difference for our guests.

In this role you will coordinate and deliver wellness and recreation programs, work hands-on with residents during scheduled activities, and support volunteers and the Resident Programs Director in fostering emotional, physical, spiritual, social, and intellectual engagement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct activities programming experience in a skilled nursing setting (preferred).
• Basic typing and computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Flexible with schedule and able to work with others.
• Enjoy working with the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct and deliver wellness and recreation programs for residents.
