Job summary

Leisure Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and lead engaging activities for residents at our Zeeland, MI community. This role supports the Life Enrichment Director in directing activities and life skills programs while ensuring resident safety and well-being.

The position requires 1–3 years of related experience, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and dependable teamwork with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
• Proficient in general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction planning communication and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department.
• Supports the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks and functions while maintaining a high level of resident safety.
• Support in proper setup clean up and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings coordinating relevant administrative tasks and upholding safety practices.

Position Summary

The Life Enrichment Assistant assists in planning and performing life enrichment activities that are beneficial and complimentary to the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior life connections community

Required Experience for Life Enrichment Assistant

• Minimum one to three years related experience andor training preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings weekends and holiday hours

General Working Conditions
