Job summary

GreenView Senior Living in Uniontown, OH, is seeking an energetic Activity Assistant to plan and lead engaging experiences that support residents’ social, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being.

You’ll lead group activities and tailor programs to residents’ interests and abilities while collaborating with care staff to ensure a warm, inclusive atmosphere for every resident. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Required:

• Experience working with seniors in assisted living, long-term care, healthcare, or a similar setting
• Ability to connect with residents in a respectful and positive way
• Professionalism, integrity, and dependability
• A cheerful, patient, and encouraging attitude

Preferred:

• Experience leading group activities or recreational programs
• Recreational therapy, healthcare, or social services experience
• Training or certification in activities, recreation, or a related field
• Knowledge of senior living programming and resident engagement
