This role involves planning and providing activities that support and enhance the residents' quality of life, addressing their social, physical, spiritual, and mental health needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service, and a passion for serving seniors. Prior experience of at least 6 months in a similar role, especially working with elderly patients, is required. Proficiency in speaking and reading English is also necessary.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with residents in long-term care.
