The Neighborhood at Tellico Village in Loudon, TN is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the Activities Director in planning and delivering engaging programs for residents.

You will help assess resident interests, organize activities, and ensure safe, enjoyable recreational services across daily life. This role offers meaningful work with seniors in a warm community, with opportunities to grow in a family-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with activities in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Certification in Activities or related field preferred.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Activities Assistant, you will provide assistance to the Activities Director in the assessment, selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services to address the individual needs and interests of the residents.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Activities Certification preferred
• One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services within the past five years preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
