Job summary

Benton Rehab and Healthcare Center in Benton, IL is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the Activities Director in the assessment, selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services to address residents' needs.

The ideal candidate has a passion for working with seniors, a flexible and energetic personality, and strong communication skills; prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience and an Activities Certification are a plus.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Activities Assistant, you will provide assistance to the Activities Director in the assessment, selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services to address the individual needs and interests of the residents.
