AVIR Health Group is seeking an Activities Assistant to join our team in Sweetwater, Texas. The role focuses on coordinating resident activities, building a supportive community, and engaging residents and families. New grads and walk-ins are welcome daily, with a range of benefits offered to support a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate is resident and family-focused, a team builder, and excited about fostering a welcoming facility culture. Prior nursing home experience is preferred.

The Activities Assistant will assist in the coordination of the Activities within the facility; including and considering all resident's needs, interests, and abilities.
