Job summary

Swanton Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Activity Assistant to plan and coordinate activities that enhance residents' well-being and enjoyment. You will lead social, recreational, and therapeutic programs, get to know residents' interests, and work with the Activities Director to create a warm, engaging environment.

• Previous experience in activities, recreation, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• A passion for working with seniors and individuals with varying abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity and enthusiasm in planning engaging activities.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and planning activities that enhance the well-being and enjoyment of residents.
