We are currently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and energetic Activities Assistant to join our team on a full-time temporary basis.

Assist with planning and leading recreational, social, and group activities
Encourage residents to participate and help everyone feel included
Help coordinate games, crafts, music, parties, special events, and other activities
Prepare activity areas and gather necessary supplies
Spend meaningful one-on-one time with residents
Assist residents to and from activities as needed
Help maintain a fun, positive, and welcoming environment
Work closely with the Activities team to support resident programs and events
Friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic personality
Compassionate and patient when working with residents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and willing to jump in and have fun
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in activities, recreation, senior living, or healthcare is a plus, but not required
