Job summary

Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sandwich is hiring an Activities Assistant to join our recreation team. You will help coordinate events, plan programming, and engage residents in arts, crafts, performances, and other activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; we can provide training for the right candidate. 40 hours per week, 9a-5p, with every-other-weekend rotation and weekly pay at $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct daily activities for residents.
• Build relationships with residents to tailor programming to interests.
• Coordinate group and individual activities with the recreation team.
• Generate ideas to excite participation and stimulate potential.

40 hours per week on 9a-5p. including an every-other-weekend rotation. Weekly pay at $18 an hour!

As an Activities Assistant, you assist the department in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the daily events and programming for residents, including arts & crafts, performances, and other activities.

Experience & Education:
