Cedar Healthcare Center in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a creative, energetic, and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team. You will plan and run engaging recreational and wellness programs for residents, escort them to activities, and support outings.

• Support Resident and Family Council meetings as needed.
• Uphold resident dignity, rights, confidentiality, and safety.

If you enjoy interacting with residents and making a meaningful impact in their daily lives through engaging recreational activities, Cedar Healthcare Center is the place for you.

Schedule

Part-time and full-time

Pay Range

$18.00 - $23.00

What You’ll Do

• Assist with planning and implementing engaging recreational, social, and wellness programs
• Escort residents to activities and facilitate group and one-on-one programs
• Support offsite outings, including transportation coordination
• Assist in passing resident meals
• Observe and report changes in mood, behavior, or engagement
• Assist with Resident and Family Council meetings as assigned
• Maintain resident dignity, rights, confidentiality, and safety at all time
