Job summary

Northfield Village Rehabilitation and Wellness in Northfield, OH is seeking compassionate healthcare employees for part-time roles, with Saturdays required. The 71-bed facility offers a family-oriented environment and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities to help patients develop interpersonal relationships, social skills and confidence.
• Assist with content of program in accordance with patients' capabilities, needs and interests.
• Encourage residents to develop leisure activities.
• Accompany residents on outings such as ball games, sightseeing, or picnics to enhance awareness of recreational resources.
• Serve refreshments that meet dietary requirements of residents.
• Help set up tools and aids for activities.
