Hartland Park in Lexington, KY is seeking an Activity Assistant to provide compassionate care and lead engaging recreation and educational activities for residents in a dynamic healthcare setting.

This full-time role offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with competitive pay, PTO, a 401(k) plan, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training and onboarding support growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with course work in recreation is preferred.
• State-approved activity-training course preferred but not required.
• Previous experience leading recreational activities, arts/crafts, intellectual/educational activities, community outings, etc., preferred.
