Oakhurst Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Assistant in Virginia to help plan and lead engaging recreational activities for residents. The role focuses on promoting social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and overall well-being within a compassionate care setting.

You will collaborate with care teams to tailor activities, monitor participant engagement, and adapt programs to individual needs while maintaining safety and dignity.

Competenze

• High School Diploma with course work in recreation is preferred.
• Completion of a state approved activity-training course is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in leading recreational activities, arts/crafts, intellectual/educational activities, community outings, etc., preferred.
