Job summary

Main Street Terrace Care Center in Ohio is seeking an Activity Assistant to join our caring team and create a vibrant living environment for residents. You will plan and facilitate daily activities, document participation, and collaborate with the Activity Director to develop engaging programs.

The role supports residents' quality of life, requires strong communication and organizational skills, and offers a flexible schedule including Wednesday/Thursday evenings and weekend day shifts.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with people and enhancing quality of life.
• STNA License preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• A caring and compassionate personality.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently under the direction of our Activity Director. As an Activity Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a vibrant and joyful environment for our residents.

Schedule

Wednesday, Thursday evening shift, Saturday and Sunday day shift and fill ins as needed.
