Job summary

The Fountains at Mill Cove in Florida is seeking a Resident Programs Coordinator to join our care team. You will help enrich the lives of residents through interdisciplinary collaboration and hands-on involvement in daily activity programs.

This role focuses on coordinating events, supporting wellness and engagement, and ensuring welcoming protocols are in place to foster a respectful, safe and compassionate living environment.

Employment is contingent on background and pre-employment screenings.

• Assist with coordination and development of calendar events
• Assist with delivering packages to the residents apartments
• Assist with maintaining an environment that supports our whole-person wellness culture of resident engagement.
• Assist in ensuring resident welcome and engagement protocols are in place

The Resident Programs Coordinator is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a Resident Programs Coordinator you are responsible for enriching the lives of our residents in an interdisciplinary environment including:

• Providing hands on involvement in resident activity programs the majority of shift
• Assist with coordination and development of calendar events
