We are hiring an Activities Assistant to implement scheduled programs, monitor resident engagement, and maintain attendance calendars. The role requires basic computer knowledge and a High School Diploma; long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
