Job Description

As the Life Enrichment - Activities Assistant at Miller’s, you play a key role in patient satisfaction and well-being. You assist the Life Enrichment Director in planning and executing activities to enrich the lives of patients within the facility. Your responsibilities include making one-on-one visits with patients, encouraging participation in activities, interacting with volunteers, and possibly transporting patients to scheduled events outside the facility.

You may be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have previous experience in healthcare or patient activities (preferred)
• Have good communication skills
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
• Are passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Maintain a professional appearance and behavior

Qualifications

General:

1. Successfully complete the pre-employment process and screening
2. Pass a physical examination required for employment within the facility
3. Satisfactorily complete required orientation and training
4. Follow written and verbal instructions effectively

Exposure Category II: Tasks that involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues, but employment may require unplanned Category I tasks.
