South Haven Health & Rehabilitation is looking for an enthusiastic Activities Assistant to help make our residents' days a little brighter.
This isn't a desk job.
You'll help plan activities, lead games and events, visit residents one-on-one, decorate for special occasions, celebrate birthdays and holidays, and find creative ways to keep residents active, engaged, and connected.
If you're outgoing, creative, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with older adults, we'd love to meet you.
Previous experience working with elderly or disabled individuals is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and assisting with activity-related tasks.

It can help someone make a friend.
It can bring back a favorite memory.
It can give someone something to look forward to.
And sometimes, it can simply make someone smile on a day when they really needed it.
If that sounds like the kind of work you'd enjoy, come join us at South Haven.
