Job summary

Nexus Health in the United States is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the planning and implementation of recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that enhance our residents' quality of life.

You will plan and implement individual and group activities, provide enrichment for all residents, encourage participation, and prepare for resident care conferences, as well as ready sites and materials for activities. This role emphasizes teamwork and compassionate engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to become certified.
• Prior experience with elderly patients preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
