Brickyard Healthcare is seeking an Activities Assistant at our Evansville, IN location to foster resident happiness and positive relationships among residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recreation service programs and their practical application.
• Ability to relate positively to residents, families and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete required documentation as assigned.
• Contribute to resident care planning preparation.
• Provide individual programming as assigned.
• Maintain recreation department supplies and equipment.
• Work with volunteers as assigned.
• Assist with planning and leadership of special events.
