Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a compassionate Activities Assistant to support the Activities Director in creating engaging programs for residents. You will help plan, coordinate, and run activities that address individual interests and needs in a respectful, safe environment.

Qualifications

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Activities Assistant, you will provide assistance to the Activities Director in the assessment, selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services to address the individual needs and interests of the residents.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Activities Certification preferred
• One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services within the past five years preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
