Job summary

The Birches of Lehigh Valley in Easton, PA is seeking a full-time Activity Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will help plan and deliver engaging activities to enrich the daily lives of our senior residents, promoting social, physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• The ability to create interest in the activities and motivate residents to participate daily.
• Creativity and motivational skills necessary.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Certificates/Licenses: A valid driver’s license in the state of work is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and providing a variety of activities to enhance residents' mental, physical, spiritual, and social needs.
• Assist with maintaining and expanding volunteer programs.
• Arrange transportation and escorts for residents to and from activities.

JobResponsibilities Include
