Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in California is seeking an Activities Assistant to support daily programs and enrich residents' lives. You will help create calendars, lead small groups, escort participants to activities, and help maintain organized spaces, contributing to a warm, engaging community.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to work with seniors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead small group activities.
• Valid driver’s license (as applicable).
• Senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs.
• Encourage and support resident participation.
