Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Danville, VA is seeking an Activities Assistant to assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs. You will encourage resident participation and help prepare calendars and newsletters, while escorting residents to programs as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lead small group activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead small group activities.
• Valid driver’s license (as applicable).
• Senior living experience preferred.

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs.
