Willow Crossing Health & Rehabilitation in Columbus, Indiana is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to lead games, crafts, music, exercise, parties, and special events for residents.

You will encourage participation, provide one-on-one visits, assist with decorations and outings, and work with the Activities Director to keep programs fresh, fun, and engaging. Full-time with every other weekend required.

• Compassionate and patient with older adults.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required.
