Job summary

Willow Crossing Health & Rehabilitation in Columbus, Indiana is seeking an energetic Full-Time Activities Assistant to create fun, meaningful experiences for residents. This role requires leading games, crafts, music, exercise, parties and events, and supporting residents to stay socially engaged.

Work with the Activities Director to keep programs fresh and engaging. Prior long-term care experience is a plus but not required; compassion, creativity, and teamwork are essential for success.
