Job summary

Washington Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan and lead daily activities that promote residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You will assist with games, crafts, music, and exercise while encouraging participation and social interaction.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a CNA certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills. A compassionate attitude and the ability to work with elderly or disabled individuals are

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading daily activities (games, crafts, music, exercise).

• Set up and clean activity areas.
• Support holiday events, parties, and special outings.
• Document attendance and resident participation.
• One-on-One activities with residents.
• Work closely with the Activities Director and nursing staff.

As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing meaningful and engaging activities that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents.

Job Summary

Washington Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a 180-bed skilled nursing facility that offers in-patient residential care and short-term comprehensive rehabilitation services. Responsibilities
