Location: Cape Cod Facility

Position Details: Full-Time, includes some weekdays and an every other weekend rotation.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating daily, weekly, and monthly events to promote socialization and recreation for residents.
2. Observing residents during events and assisting with activities like coloring, crafts, and other needs.
3. Reporting medical concerns to supervisors as needed.
4. Engaging residents in crafts, coloring, decorating, playing games, etc.

Qualifications:

• Prior recreation/activities experience, preferably in a nursing home with dementia care.
• Ability to provide appropriate care tailored to residents' age-related needs.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
