As an Activity Leader, you'll help bring that environment to life by creating opportunities for residents to socialize, explore interests, stay active, and enjoy meaningful moments throughout their day.

Parkway Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 141-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Boston, Massachusetts, providing Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care. Our specialized programs support residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those who require ongoing skilled nursing care.

Our interdisciplinary team provides personalized care through rehabilitation therapies, nursing services, and clinical support, while working together to promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life. Activities are an important part of that experience—helping residents maintain connections, discover new interests, celebrate milestones, and continue doing the things that bring joy and purpose to their lives.
