Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an Activities Aide to plan and lead recreational programs that promote engagement, independence, and well-being for residents in Schuylkill Haven, PA.

As an Activities Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing a variety of recreational and social activities designed to promote engagement, independence, and overall well-being.

About the Role:

As an Activities Aide, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a range of activities and programs to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This may include:

• Provide group and individual instruction and hands-on support and guidance to residents
• Lead planned activities, games and events to encourage residents to use mental and physical faculties
• Organizing special events, such as birthday celebrations, holiday parties, and themed events
• Encouraging and supporting resident participation in activities and programs
• Assisting with daily living tasks and providing companionship to residents
• Maintaining accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules

Activities Aide Responsibilities:
