Job summary

The Atrium at Navesink Harbor in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a highly energetic FT Activities Aide to join our team. You will provide therapeutic activity programs to residents, supporting their well-being and engagement.

Responsibilities include organizing and directing activities, planning with the Director, preparing supplies, escorting residents, keeping daily records, attending training, and assisting with outings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification from the National Council for Activity Professionals or the National Council of Therapeutic Recreation is preferred.
• 2 years experience in a similar role preferred.

The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is seeking a highly energetic Activities Aide to join our team!

The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is a Springpoint Senior Living Facility located in Red Bank, NJ. We are currently seeking a FT Activities Aide to join our team. At Springpoint, our Activities Aide is responsible for providing therapeutic activity programs to the residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing, developing, and directing all therapeutic activities for groups or individuals to meet the needs of the residents.
• Assist the Director in planning, organizing, and implementing therapeutic activities.

Education and Experience:
