Job summary

Spring Oak in Petersburg, VA is seeking an Activities Aide to support daily engagement and enrichment of residents in our senior living community. This role helps create meaningful social, recreational, and wellness activities that enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of daily, evening, and weekend activity programs.
• Assist in developing and leading spiritual, intergenerational, recreational, and entertainment-based activities.
• Help maintain and update the monthly activities calendar.
• Encourage resident participation and foster a warm, inclusive environment.
• Celebrate residents’ milestones, birthdays, holidays, and special achievements.
• Set up and break down activity spaces and ensure supplies are organized and available.
• Document participation and provide feedback to improve programming.

Shift

• Weekend Only or Every other weekend.

$14.50 - $14.50 an hour
