Stonebridge at Montgomery is seeking highly energetic Activities Aides to join our team!

Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Skillman, NJ. We are currently seeking part-time Activities Aides to join our team. Our Activities Aide is responsible for providing therapeutic activity programs to residents, including every other weekend, some evenings, and some holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing, developing, and directing therapeutic activities for groups or individuals to meet residents' needs.
• Assist the Director in planning, organizing, and implementing therapeutic activities.
• Prepare supplies, participant lists, and schedules for activities. Escort residents to and from groups. Conduct group activities.
• Keep daily records of activities participated in by residents.
• Attend scheduled educational sessions on Patient Activities and Resident Care.
• Complete clinical documentation such as MDS, annual, and quarterly notes.
• Assist with outings.
• Participate in care planning meetings.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification from the National Council for Activity Professionals or the National Council of Therapeutic Recreation is preferred.
• Two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
