Job summary

Foothill Acres Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Activity Assistant to energize and inspire our residents. You will lead social and recreational activities both in small groups and individually, helping to plan programming and occasionally assist with meal service and documentation.

The role requires a friendly, energetic demeanor; weekend work is expected, with some evenings or early mornings available.

Qualifications

• Energetic, positive and friendly personality.
• Experience with seniors preferred (will train the right candidate).
• Willing to work at least every other weekend; some evenings or early mornings available.

Responsibilities

• Lead social and recreational programs with residents, individually and in groups.
• Assist with planning and programming of activities.
