Clearstream Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a HIGH ENERGY, FUN & PERSONABLE Activities Aide to join our team. You will plan and lead engaging programs for residents, including one-on-one, small group, and large group activities aligned with the schedule.

As the Activities Aide, you will have the opportunity to provide fun and engaging activities, projects and games to our residents while focusing on their individual interests. The Activities Aide leads one-on-one, small group and large group activities according to the programming schedule.
