Citizens Medical Center, Inc. is seeking an Activities Aide to work full-time at Prairie Senior in Colby, KS.
You will assist with planning and implementing activities for residents, supporting a program that promotes participation across recreational, religious, intellectual and occupational activities. The role reports to the Social Service Director and requires a High School diploma; a CNA or willingness to train is preferred, with a valid driver’s license.

Location: 1625 S Franklin Ave, Colby, KS
Responsible to the Social Service Director.
Days: Sunday through Saturday
Hours: 8am through 5 pm
Pay Range: dependent upon experience.
Well-lighted, well-ventilated facility and office environment. Subject to numerous interruptions and occasional stressful situation.
Position requires extended periods of standing. Must be able to assist with the transportation of residents to activities, and capable of assisting with residents ADL’s.
