Cheer Home Care, LLC in La Jolla, CA is actively hiring in-home experienced caregivers to provide compassionate non-medical support to seniors and adults with disabilities. We offer competitive hourly pay and a flexible schedule to fit your availability, including full-time or part-time roles.

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will deliver companionship, personal care, homemaking and transportation services to help clients stay safe and comfortable at home.

Formación

• Certifications preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED.
• Reliable transportation to drive client in their vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship, personal care and homemaking to elderly and disabled clients.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, toileting, hygiene and light meal prep.
• Offer transportation to medical appointments and mobility support as needed.
• Support dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and hospice care needs.
• Perform light housekeeping and organize client’s living space.

Hourly Pay Rate: $23-$27

Shifts Available: Monday - Friday, (7am-8pm)

Location: La Jolla, CA, and North County San Diego

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. Your main focus will be on providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, all designed to help our clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

Your vibrant personality and exceptional skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. On a typical day, your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.

• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.

• Dementia Care, Alzheimer’s Care, Parkinson’s Care, Hospice Care and more.

• Hourly Care

• Light housekeeping and organization.

• Assisting with activities of daily living and dementia care

• Able to provide mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support (up to 100–150 lbs)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Certifications preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED

• Reliable transportation to drive client in their vehicle (mileage reimbursement included)

• Must have a smartphone with internet access

Cheer Offers:

• Hourly Rate: $23 to $27, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
