Job summary

Cheer Home Care, LLC is hiring in-home caregivers to provide compassionate non-medical care to elderly and disabled clients in La Jolla, CA, and North County San Diego. You will offer companionship, personal care, transportation, and light housekeeping to help clients live comfortably at home.

Shifts available Monday–Friday, 7am–8pm, with hourly pay of $23–$27 depending on experience and certifications. Flexible full-time or part-time options are provided, with 24/7 office support and benefits.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, non-medical home care for elderly and disabled.
• Assist with ADLs and mobility as needed.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone required.
• Certifications preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED.

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. Your main focus will be on providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, all designed to help our clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

Your vibrant personality and exceptional skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. On a typical day, your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more.
• Hourly Care
• Light housekeeping and organization.

• Assisting with activities of daily living and dementia care
• Able to provide mobility assistance, transfers, and physical support (up to 100–150 lbs)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Certifications preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Reliable transportation to drive client in their vehicle (mileage reimbursement included)
• Must have a smartphone with internet access

Cheer Offers:
