Capstone Logistics, LLC in Zanesville, OH is hiring a Warehouse Unloader to support grocery distribution. You will unload incoming grocery freight, organize shipments, and move product safely through the warehouse in a fast-paced, physical role.

The position offers a 5-day work week with weekly pay ranging from $600 to $1,200, with shifts including 1st (6am finish) or 3rd (7pm finish) and a Monday-Thursday option. Training and opportunities to grow within Capstone are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 25–75 lbs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Team-oriented and willing to help where needed.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures.
• Willing to learn and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Unloading grocery products from trailers and moving freight safely through the warehouse.
• Sorting, organizing, palletizing, and preparing product for distribution.
• Building pallets and maintaining accurate product placement.
• Repacking, auditing, and checking freight for damage or accuracy.
• Operating warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area and following safety standards.
• Working with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
